Great set list. Jealous of anyone there this weekend. Now I need to book my flight to NJ for the holiday show

 

Weirdly enough if I saw that setlist i would come away very disappointed. No ND is criminal. Sucks they'll likely stack on the FC and WATT stuff most to appeal to the nostalgia crowd but hoping at least it's a pretty even split at the holiday shows

 

Yeah I'm really surprised at the lack of ND

 

I could probably think of 10 songs I would have rather heard, but just being there for their first show back in such a small room was really special. Wish I was going back tonight.

 

I will be surprised if they don't play at least Turnpike Divides from ND tonight. I am so ready to see them tonight, but super bummed I couldn't get tix to see them with Touche

 

Yeah interesting set list for sure, but it kinda makes sense with some of the choices. Considering they just started playing together again very recently those were probably the songs they were most comfortable with. Then threw in some more fan service ones for good measure(Sugar, Falling Bomb etc.).

 

how do you not play anything from ND? insanity

 

A lot of the songs from last night were apparently ones that were cut from tonight's setlist. I'd expect something very different tonight.

In another poll they had on their Twitter, they had one for No Answers vs Turnpike Divides so I would imagine the people tonight will be hearing Turnpike Divides.

Like you said, even though there might be a few other songs people might have chosen it is just good to have them back.

Sad that there's no talk of no album or no touring after this year. Let's hope they are actually back in 2017

 

I know. I went No Answers but it really could have gone either way.

 

He said "no plans", but also said no plans for more touring earlier in the year when this was announced. Then Riot Fest happened and then the Starland Ballroom. I wouldn't hold too much stock in the "no plans" thing

 

For what it's worth they all looked like they were having an absolute blast on stage.

Geoff said they weren't sure they wanted to even be Thursday again when they were asked to play the festival, and look where we are.
