I’m really happy the Earth disc is green splatter on dark green and not black like pictures made it look.

 

Steve Choi from RXB has been hanging out with them in the studio on Snapchat a few days ago supposedly? Hmmmm

 

I think he does some producing, so maybe that's the outside producer they're going with. Would love if he lent some of his guitar and/or keyboard chops to this as well.

to this day one of my greatest life accomplishments is yelling "I love you Choi" in between songs at an RxB show and he gave me the heart sign with his hands

Love the RXB love, had no idea they were close with Thrice. Did they ever tour together? Out of all the times I've seen Thrice, I wish they were there. I would have made it that much better.

 

they've always been connected in my mind because I went to both RX bandits and thrice farewell shows in Chicago a year apart but other than that I didn't know they were close either but it makes sense since they're both close with circa

 

Somehow circa bridges the gap between the progginess of rxb and the straightforward rock of thrice

 

I was only able to see RxB once, it was with Finch and A Static Lullaby and it was an amazing show. I miss all those bands haha.

 

RXB farewell tour was insane and it was the bottom lounge in the dead of summer with no AC it was a sauna but it was sweaty fun

 

I wish that could/will be part of the artwork for the new album from that poster

 

I feel like I remember Dustin being really into space literature around Vheissu era so that would be a cool concept record + that artwork

 

Was gonna listen to alchemy on this snow day but had to go to work anyway fuuuu

Brazil loves good bands. I went to Brazil once for a tour and steakhouse binge.
