Heck of an acoustic show today.

 

I dunno, I think the build up intro sounds cooler live than it does on cd. I guess you could argue that every song sounds better live though....

 

I've seen a ton of videos from this tour and I think he sounds great. Can't it just be they are getting older? Every year they slow down on their energy, doesn't his voice get effected too? To me he still rocks out and can hit most notes, that's good enough even if it isn't perfect.

 

Yep. This really wanted me to re listen to Vheissu, and I have a whole new love for it.

 

I often forget how incredible Of Dust and Nations is.

 

Anthology should not be played again until their last tour. Add in verses or lyric changes for the new albums they release.

 

Of Dust An Nations is the best song on Vheissu. I am confident in my opinion on that.

 

The Earth Will Shake and For Miles are close behind!

 

I personally think Atlantic is the best song on it... Might be my favorite Thrice song, it's always battling with Circles

 

Someone said on another site that Thrice apparently started limiting the tour variant each night. Apparently they sold out before Gates even went on.

 

My favorite song off Vheissu is Stand And Feel Your Worth. No question. Has been since the first time I listened to it.

 

For Miles, for me.

Music's subjectivity never ceases to amaze me. Atlantic is one of my least favorite songs they've ever written.

The Earth Will Shake is my #2. For Miles is definitely close too.

 

That outro is transcendent. I've been trying to learn the tapping lick on guitar and I can't get it to sound that smooth.

Mmhm. Red Sky is probably my very close second.

 

It makes up my top 4 with Of Dust And Nations, The Earth Will Shake, and For Miles.

I'd like to see that song too. Really good song, particularly that bridge.

 

Yeah pretty crazy.. I don't Atlantic has been a standout since the day Vheissu came out for me.

Music Box is my favorite track off Vhessiu. Chills every time.

Also, scored an early entry to the venue on Tuesday. I get in 15 minutes before doors open so I'll just park my ass by the merch to collect my tour variant.
