I really hope Stay With Me remains in the setlist

 

Show last night was a blast. The new songs translate really well to their live performance.

"stay with me" was a nice chill song for the latter half of their show.

Where did you hear of an acoustic performance? Any idea which stops they are hosting these at?

 

Dustin did a solo post-show acoustic performance outside of the venue when I saw them years ago, and it's still something I think about all the time.

 

Yeah he was going to at an Atlanta show years back but it started raining so it didn't happen. I'm just glad I was at least able to see him on his solo tour last year.

 

It's just for the Orlando date. The local record store has in store performances all the time. Modern Baseball is doing one in July, I've seen Citizen and Balance and Composure do them as well. It's pretty neat but unfortunately it's not a nation wide thing.

MAN! Why'd they drop Daedalus? Easily one of their best songs!

 

I'm sure it will be back.. I'm sure we will see some other songs come in and out as well.

 

I would've liked it better if they played Daedalus along with Melting Point of Wax like they used to. That would've been cool. I think that would be the one switching I would make though. Probably Treading Paper for Daedalus and In Years to Come for Melting Point of Wax

 

Wish I got Stay With Me at my show. Luckily they already have a show announced in LA for October so I won't have to wait long to see them again.

 

I really wish they were playing Whistleblower and Killing Moon

it was on riley's kit. roadie gave it to me after the show. then i waited outside for the band and they all signed it for me. this was my 12th show. they've always been great guys. hopefully they come back soon for 13.

 

What's the setup like for the acoustic shows at the store? Is it pretty packed in there?

 

I'm not sure if you've ever been to the store but they put the stage on the far side of the store from the entrance and people stand in the isles. It definitely gets packed in there and this should be the most packed an in store event has been. I'd plan to show up early.

 

Yeah I've been once a few years ago to shop and that's it. I was planning on getting there early just wasn't sure how early I should be

 

I asked a few of the guys who work there and they said to arrive around noon. Prepare for parking to be a nightmare as well..
