    hey you lil piss baby

Hearing lots of stuff that brings to mind dudes like Caribou and Four Tet. This is very good.

  2. A stunner - I find myself preferring his solo stuff over Radiohead lately

It's been years since I've listened to any of his solo work, but with that in mind, this is pretty easily my favorite of his albums.

    I'm not brave Prestigious

So what should I expect going into this? If The Eraser is currently my favorite of his solo work by quite a bit, am I likely to find a lot to enjoy here? I'm obviously gonna check it out either way, but I'm just trying to set my expectations haha

This is really good. I keep running it back when I finish and just getting lost in it while I work.

I never really listen to his solo stuff much anymore, with the exception of Nose Grows Some, but I can see myself revisiting this often.

kind of like the grooves and rhythms of King of Limbs with the more electronic inflection you expect from Yorke solo. there's also moments of brazen, stunning emotionality that rival the most brutal of A Moon Shaped Pool's - it wouldn't be a huge surprise to find out he reworked some leftovers from those sessions onto this

Tickets for this tour were shockingly reasonably priced (for an arena show in Toronto. Got a mid-level 100s ticket for like $60 all in.

The first ten minutes of the Anima short felt like Thom’s take on a dystopian Mr. Bean

“Twist” into “Dawn Chorus” is a hell of a 1-2 knockout

I really can't not stop everything I'm doing and just listen when Dawn Chorus comes on. This whole record is really fucking cool, but that song is raw emotion.

I skipped right to Twist and Dawn Chorus for my short commute this morning. Twist is more my thing, my jaw dropped several times at those synths. This seems to be alot more my speed than what Radiohead has put out lately.
