"Therefore I Am is a post-hardcore band from Boston, Massachusetts that started in 2004 and disbanded in 2010. They released their debut full length 'The Sound of Human Lives' on Equal Vision Records in 2009 and were featured on the Vans Warped Tour that summer. The band has since played a set of reunion shows in 2012 and has left the door open for possible future performances and music."

So the boys from Boston seem to be teasing something. They have an instagram and their first two EP's are up on bandcamp: THEREFORE I AM

 

I'm hoping this is a full blown reunion and not just a couple shows in boston

 

I want new music so bad.

 

Their set at AL4W's last show was unbelievable!

 

I was just in awe the whole time. Was stoked to see Greg from A|O filling in for Brian. All three of the Marquis brothers are awesome people.

 

Knowing that this guy was in tt&tf ive always wanted to check them out. Maybe I'll do that now

 

I would also love a vinyl release of sound of human lives

 

Would be totally down for a reunion from this band....as long as The Tower and the Fool (last I heard is that they were recording again) and Born Without Bones continues on.

SO this is a thing. Also am I seeing anyone tomorrow night at The Met?

 

Biggest bummer of Boston music is that they never got to release another LP.

Been super nostalgic lately about seeing them at the ICC, American Legions around Massachusetts, etc. Such a defining aspect of my adolescence. Getting to play with them in high school was like fulfilling a dream for me.

 

The ICC was the best venue ever. I miss it
