Revisited sc recently and feel like it’s so easily their best I’m surprised to see anyone lukewarm on it at all. Worst stuff on there is as good as the best stuff on any of their other albums imo

also, for as much as the cry singing on that record gets old, it’s nowhere near as bad as the constant screaming on NCTH imo

last thing—as much as this has some of Dan’s best lyrics, I think it’s also across the board probably his weakest since TGG. The highs are beautiful, but some of these just do not land
