  1. Since they’re playing a fair in September with The Starting Line and Charly Bliss, I wonder if that’s just the tour lineup.

Yeah safe to assume 10/12 is Chicago and 10/16 is Philly I'd imagine

Figured there'd be a Massachusetts date and Worcester over Boston would just be icing on the cake. Can't freaking wait.

(I realize that's probably unpopular for folks in the city or living closer, but as someone coming from Maine, Worcester is not only a shorter drive, but drastically easier to get in and out of.)

Jealous of all you midwest/east coast folks, but glad Fireworks is back in any sort of capacity.

Fuck. So stoked it’s coming to Rochester but this venue (Main Street armory) just made national news with Japanese breakfast cancelling her show here bc this venue is awful and promoting and hosting hateful republican conventions. A lot of the community here is boycotting this venue. As a non binary person I refuse to support this venue. I messaged each member of twy and asked them to please change venues or even move it to Buffalo. As much as I wanna see Fireworks again I can’t go to this venue if the tour does end up playing there.

I am really hoping someone does. I messaged the wonder years page itself, each individual member, and then commented on the afterdark (who booked the show) page in hopes other fans see it too and speak up about it.

edit: it looks like multiple people are commenting on the wonder years post about the venue as well. So hopefully they see it.

Their manager joe marro is in the TWY Collective group on FB and might be likely to see it there. I can repost whatever you have been saying to them if you're not on FB

  24. since it's increasingly likely I'll get my pitch accepted (not for Under the Radar, but for [redacted website whose team I've just joined])

I've just finished listening to this and goddamn I can't believe this band are still affecting me the way they do, but somehow they're still doing it. means a lot to have found them during a critical low point and grown with them over the years. echoing @Jason Tate here but you're gonna lose your absolute shit
