Negan's speech in the clip about a right hand man could be a hint to who got killed.

 

So they put a lot of emphasis on that hatchet/'right hand' man, do you guys think there's any chance Rick loses a hand here?

 

It's possible, but Kirkman has said he regretted doing that in the comic and I imagine it's not a cheap effect

 

As for Rick's hand, I guarantee it will not be cut off. As anyone else heard what apparently happens between Negan/Rick and the hatchet? Pretty messed up.

 

Maybe he cuts off his ding dong.

 

That clip has convinced me to not spoil anything else past what I know lol.

 

They do have a CGI tiger this season though haha. They've done amputations before with Merle and Hershel, so I think it's possible even if it's very unlikely

 

I'm curious as to what you've heard...what apparently happens??

 

I think the real reason why they never went with the amputation from the comics, which is well past in the show, is that it is very limiting to Rick's character moving forward.

 

I agree. If they ever decided to do something drastic to Rick, such as him losing his hand or even killing him, they would most likely wait until the end of the series. Then Carl would have his moment in stepping up and taking charge of whatever group they have left.

 

He wouldn't be able to grab Michonne by the p****!

Let me know if you guys regret reading it afterwards haha. I know I definitely regretted reading the spoilers regarding who gets killed in the premiere afterwards.

 

This show has gone off the rails. Spoilers are irrelevant at this point to me. I still need this new one DMed to me though.

 

I kind of regretted finding out the premiere spoilers but I was in full "fuck the show" mode at that point lol. Still pretty whatever about it, but I know nothing about the comics or anything else from this point forward so hopefully I'll enjoy the show more. Plus they nailed Negan so I'm still here with the show for now haha.

 

Same on all accounts. I'll still watch for entertainment, but I can't say I'm very invested in the plot anymore.
