There was a lot of good stuff in Season 6 that got overshadowed by dumpster gate and the end of the finale. Infiltrating one of Negan's compounds was pretty fun. No way out obviously. Even the Carol, Maggie, red head lady episode was really good.

 

I guess I wish the uncensored finale was on Netflix but it didn't bother me without the curse words. Watching that scene just makes me mad again at how nervous I was during it and they just ruined the build up. So pissed with the cliffhanger.

 

It's weird how little I remember of s6, seeing as I actually enjoyed a large majority of it. The church falling over & breaking a wall & letting shitloads of walkers into Alexandria was s6, wasn't it?

 

Do you think S7E01 will start with Negan smashing someones head? Or do you think they'll replay the last 5 minutes from last season?

 

IMO it will start right from the POV of the victim that was in the finale & go from there, or it will start with a black screen with audible screams from Rick's group then cut to the victims crunched head on the floor!!!

 

Yeah there's so much pressure on them for this to be one of the best episodes ever to make up for their shit. I expect the first 5 minutes to be absolutely gruesome.

 

I hope it starts from the perspective of Negan trying to choose, and then we see who he stops on through his eyes instead of the victim's. But I doubt it would be that good.

 

The odds of this show doing something flawlessly are roughly a trillion-to-one at this point.

 

True. But wouldn't that be a cool concept though? Easy and original idea to tie the episodes together, and it can still have some suspense while recapping.

 

Not a bad idea at all. And 99% sure a better one than whatever they came up with haha.

 

Just realized that it comes back this month.

 

Two weeks from Sunday! It's been a long break but now it suddenly feels like it came up quickly.

That sneak peek is intense. I'm pretty sure that sweater on the ground at the end Maggie was wearing.

 

Maggie wasn't wearing a sweater, she has on a button up long sleeve. The sweater also wouldn't have anything to do with someone getting their head smashed in by a bat so idk why it's there

No way I'm watching that. I want to be as virgin as I possibly can.

On a fun note, they are doing a premiere of the new season at Nic & Norman's restaurant in Senoia, GA(Woodbury). No promised cast member appearances, but I think it would be really cool to watch it there; even though I'm one for ritual with the way I watch the show in my own home. It's a 1.5 hour drive and I'm on vacation so why the hell not. Now I just gotta score tickets. Restaurant itself is damn good.

 

Holy shit at that clip. I hate this show for the cliffhanger and I will be even more pissed if the premiere doesn't pick up right where the finale left off, but good lord that was an amazing scene.

 

That clip almost makes me sorry I spoiled the cliffhanger for myself lol.

 

I almost wonder if that scene was before we actually see who it was. Who knows.

I haven't officially spoiled it for myself but I've accidentally seen a lot of rumours that say the same thing or at least different versions of the same thing. I guess we wait and see.

Really doubt the blanket or whatever laying there has any significance. They probably just hope people will read too much into it. Could've gotten there any infinite number of ways. By now we know they just like to fuck with their fans.

 

If that blanket really is said person's blanket then the thing I read the most into it is that said person is probably completely fine.
