Really enjoying this season of NZ so far. Never seen so many traitors weeded out so fast lol

 

I'm trying to catch up this weekend.....I just got the the first traitor reveal and watching the episode after..... COME ON. The first traitor reveal will always put a target on the person who led the charge! Traitor on traitor drama should always be expected lol.

 

Oh fuck, I just realized I should have probably spoiler tagged my last post. I’m sorry!

 

I'm on episode 7 now, one after this until I'm caught up. This has definitely been a solid season so far.

 

Agreed. Some good personalities, a mix of very good/very bad gameplay, and some fun new missions and wrinkles in the game. I’m really enjoying it

 

Yeah I kinda feared we'd be retreading old ground with old missions but these have been fun. I especially liked the funeral/grave challenge where they had to pick people from the eliminated person's POV. So far my fav people are Bailey and Noel but I agree, there's a good amount of personality in this cast. So far we don't have any standouts like a Sam or a Harry but we've still a ways to go so anything can happen!

Oh my godddddd that finale.
Poor poor Donna, Bailey played a good fucking game and you could tell she hated revealing it. Everyone was running for her too, I totally thought she would get got.

 

Great finale and honestly, great season.

I feel bad for Jase. He was probably my favorite player all season, and I would have loved to see him win it all with Donna. I wish Donna hadn’t been blinded by her relationship with Bailey, but as you said, Bailey played a tremendous game. Well deserved victory.

 

Yeah there were plenty of times I thought Donna and Jase were gonna sus them out and win the money. Jace was super consistent and I felt bad for Noel. Kid could NOT catch a break to save his life haha. Wasn't a fan of Joe. I liked the new challenges and I especially liked the new stuff like the double vote and then the final few banishments not being revealed whether they were faithful or traitor. It really added a sense of mystery and made the final people really have to think.

 

Agreed on Noel. He seemed like a very smart guy and a nice kid to boot, definitely got a raw deal almost all season. Joe was mostly insufferable. The way he talked down to people at different points was maddening.

I agree on all the changes. Canada actually did the same thing with the final round table, not revealing the identity of the 5th last player out. I liked the change then and still like it now. Hopefully other seasons follow suit.

 

Canada did it? I totally forgot lol, that definitely slipped my mind. Joe was annoying all season but these last 2 episodes I was like get rid of this fucking dude ASAP, his roundtable arguments and being dismissive of everyone...I was laughing when they finally got him.

....I so much prefer these non celebs.

Yup, Canada did it. My brother was annoyed when they didn’t reveal if Siale was a traitor or not cause he wanted Jase to win and he thought Siale revealing his identity would have helped his case, but I told him they did that in another season before and it wasn’t some random twist they just threw in. So I checked a couple seasons final episodes last night and it was Canada where Travon was the final round table banishment and when he stood up in the circle the host was like “the game has shifted, Travon will not be revealing his true identity tonight” lol

Oh damn, I completely forgot! Thanks for the heads up! Gonna check out the premiere tomorrow. One of our streaming services (Crave) is supposedly getting extended episodes a day later this season, which I believe is a first for the series

 

I had zero idea too lol, but I subscribe to RHAP on YouTube so I get notifications whenever they do a video and a video just popped up with "S2 Premiere Recap" and I was like ooooooooh. Oh no extended episodes sounds super nice! Wonder if they'll show up online like that or what. Well have to compare lol.

Ok so the season started a lil slow but it's been ramping up slowly and next week looks to be bananas.

 

I’m enjoying this season a lot more than the last one. The faithful are of course awful at the game, and Michael John is maybe the worst Traitor I’ve ever seen, but boy does it make for fun tv.

 

Yeah I think from the start it was already better than S1 although it was on the slow end for me. But it's picked up for sure Kura is frickin ruthless and she's got the faithful FOOLED for sure and the only thing that will get her is Neda. Neda is playing a laid back role so she's able to stay on the low while Kyra is going for the jugular haha. That ending was great and I agree, Michael John is absolutely the worst Traitor in the entire franchise. Even watching him on TV, WE as the viewer can see his nervousness that everyone's pointing out!!! Next week is gonna be soooo good.
