I've only seen TSSF at bigger venues throughout the area, but I know they played a bunch of crazy shows there. I saw Turnstile open for Bane their when they just had their two 7" and that was one of the craziest sets I've witnessed.

So funny they're bringing back the exact same lineup that they toured with earlier this year on their way to Rock on the Range. Still, that show was a ton of fun, and it'll be nice doing it over again.

 

Are Turnstile still on Roadrunner? I've heard nothing from them about a new record since that signing.

 

They are, I just think they're taking their time with it, especially with that Trapped Under Ice record coming out earlier this year. When I talked with Brennan in May, he said that after Rock on the Range they were going to go back in the studio on it. My guess is an early 2018 release.

 

Would be a really fun show to go to.

 

After loving the new single I'm bummed this tour isn't coming through Florida. I'm glad we're at least getting them at Self Help later this month though.

Drug Church has signed to Pure Noise Records

 

That's a good fit for them. They were so much fun when I saw this lineup in Grand Rapids and they deserve to be put on the right bills.

 

I still can't tell if this tour is intimate or they just REALLY fell off. Last time I saw them in NJ (Fall 2015) they sold out Starland Ballroom and now they've only sold 1/2 nights at a 400 cap.

 

TSSF set according to setlist.fm, seems okay but nothing out of the ordinary.

I legit didn’t even realize tssf played daughters.

I was like “I’m gonna wait to hear a under soil and dirt song” and decided to leave after like 8 songs because I couldn’t wait anymore.
