Thats straight up cray to me. Very surprised by that!

 

Sundials could have def been on the last record.
Love that the first 3 songs cover the last 3 albums but don’t sound tired.

 

Man the start of thurisaz is fucking wild.

Sorry for the stream of consciousness reactions btw. Little late here. Even though it came out an hour ago.

 

The closer to me imo has some of the best lyrics ever by them well and the canyon for that matter i love how those two bookend the album so perfectly.

 

The 10 track version of the album flies by

Gonna need to keep listening to this and try and find connections to past stuff. I feel like there's a lot of layers to dig through.

Mitama is an early favorite...lyrically.

The acoustic guitar at the end of Bask was really really cool.

The riff in dialogues is HUGE!

 

Born Blind really reminds me of a BN song.

Yeah if I could be pointed in the right direction of the extended album that'd be great.

 

Someone they knew put a few TROW’s songs online without permission and labelled them as Brand New new album demos. They acknowledged that and said those are our songs, and eventually recorded them and they are on His Old branches EP.

Mason’s covered Brand New’s Can’t Get It Out. It’s ok if you’ve used this band to replace listening to Brand New, plus they release way more music.

 

That's brilliant, I have a ton of respect for them owning up to that. Never knew about this, hahahah.

 

This. I'd really like to hear Born Blind.
