i'm so sorry, ken. that has to be one of the hardest things ever.

 

Sorry to hear this shit man, the day I had to put mine down was rough. I had been kicked outta a past college so I was already blah then my Mom woke me up crying saying "Max is dying." I rush in and see him doing that gasp for air thing when you know they're on the brink and in the moment I tried to see the light plus was too tired still. When I woke back up she had bought him to be put down. I cried hard af in the shower after waking up thinking "Damn I wish I would've spent that last time with him."

It's never easy, they become best friends & family. There's no way to prepare/lessen the blow. Sorry you're there.

 

Sorry to hear that Ken, snicks will forever be the best pup to ever live. What a perfect lil angel babe. Im glad she's been healthy this long.

I've resigned to replacing my Christmas tree with a smaller one this year.

Pretty sure my cat ruined the top of my lights, what a jerk.

 

My cat is in heat atm so she's making noises till all times of the night. Though, she's at her most personable than oddly enough. Usually she's like "Yeah I'll let you touch me if I feel like it, which is usually 0-5% of the time" lol.

 

95% fur and sass, 5% cuddly but I still love him!

 

This is Rocky. I've had him for about 13 years, he's a total badass. Last week I got a tattoo of him. I won't post it here but it's in the tattoo thread if you wanna check it out

 

Haha yeah we just gave up and put the main tree away, ended up settling for a small one with lights on the side table. They're kittens, so hoping they'll grow out of attacking it next year.

How long typically did it take you guys to poddy train your puppies/kitties?

 

About 2 days for my cat.

My kittens just knew to use the litter box. They were already 8 weeks old when I got them though.

 

Must be nice!!!! My 8 week bundle of joy is doing really good with puppy pads like 65% of the time,but the rest is mayhem.

 

My baby passed away this morning. She was about to turn 12 in just a few days. I don't mean to bring down the thread with this but I needed to say something. She was very wiggly, and even though she was spayed many years ago she tried to hump everyone who came to the house. Her name is Midnight.

 

I'm sorry to hear man. Head up. I'm sure she lived a great life.
