Hoping we get more of this tone with Gunn's DCU Batman. Think he understands from the top that it needs to set itself apart significantly, and this is one way to do it.

 

THe only reason why I know that Harley Quinn show exists is because I've seen so many meme pages reference two parts of it, 1. The "Where's my goddamn electric car, Bruce?!" part which is hilarious and 2. People being horny about Harley Quinn walking around in her underwear after she catches Bruce or something like that lol

Yeah, the show is like the week after. But if you haven't seen the movie in a while, it sets up the end really well.

 

The Batman is the best batman movie. I can get arguments for TDK being the best movie with batman, but IMO The Batman is the best.
