Really feeling this new Brothers Osborne record.

 

I know Keith Urban is extremely hit or miss with most, but I've been enjoying his newest FWIW.

 

Just got home from seeing John Prine in a 500 capacity venue as part of a deal for preordering his new album and I can easily say it was the coolest show I’ve ever been to. He played a ton of the classics like Sam Stone, Angel From Montgomery, Fish and Whistle and That’s the Way the World Goes Around. He brought out Margo Price and did In Spite of Ourselves and Unwed Fathers. And he played the entire new album front to back. When I get to Heaven was the perfect ending to the show, but then he did an encore and finished it off with Paradise which was even better. I’m so happy.

Really digging the new Kyle Daniel EP lately:

 

About half of it lines up pretty closely with his last album, which I really liked. But the other half sways toward this kind of country/funk sound and maybe even a tad of country/rap that I do not enjoy much at all.

 

Yeah, I feel similarly. I really like the first two tracks especially, but it's hit or miss for me after that. It's weird: I tend to prefer his co-writes for other artists to the stuff he records himself.

 

Same here, the first 2 were my favorites.

 

New Lori McKenna album out 7/20. First single is so good.

New Cody Jinks album coming out July 27!

 

Apple Music says he's "alternative folk" but whatever, I think some of you would dig him.

 

New video for "People Get Old." I'm really digging this and looking forward to the album.

I’ve never been a huge American Aquarium fan but I can easily say that I think this new album is their best work. Pleasant surprise.

Also this new album by Erin Rae is really good stuff.
