Rylan dates back to 2013/TWFM sessions, yeah. About half the other stuff has been kicking around as long as SWB they just didn't feel right releasing it after Trump (The Pull of You and So Far So Fast at the least were written then), with all those songs getting reworked and the other half being written after Mills got involved in the sessions
