New project from current and ex-members of Vattnet Viskar and Astronoid that just signed to Prosthetic. I dig it. The single sounds like a blend of progressive death metal and Tribulation to my ears.

Goddamn that Atreyu song is terrible. Granted their last album was radio butt rock too, and they were never that remarkable of a band to begin with but at least they were never THIS bad.

 

I stopped it halfway through the first verse. It's truly cringe

 

Pretty sure this was written for the sole purpose of being played over a slow-motion clip of Kevin Durant pounding his chest during the NBA playoffs before cutting to commercial break.

 

I can see it now: Atreyu opening for Skillet.

 

I get WWE PPV theme from it.

Plus the entire video is literally the singer getting his ass kicked. It's an amazing bit of self-aware performance art.
