Checked out Morbid Angel's Domination on a whim this morning, and it's fantastic.

 

random question but whats everyones favorite old man gloom album? cant decide between ape of god (both) and christmas

 

No is really good but I've only heard No and Christmas


I will listen to anything with Caleb Scofield on it. Such a beastly vocalist

 

old man gloom may have the best line up of any metal "supergroup"

Safe bet. Altars is one of the best DM albums of all time, if not the best. Gateways to Annihilation is good too.

First Down album is sick, riff in "Bury Me in Smoke" is an all-timer. But yes Phil sucks and his voice is terrible these days

still havent checked out that record but have been seeing it pop up on almost every metal year end list ive seen

 

Shit, that's a bummer. I just got into them this year.

 

That sucks. They are a really good band. Get on it if you haven't checked them out. Their vocals were the biggest holdup for a while but once I got past that they are really great.
