For this week's edition of THRASH METAL THVRSDAY, we'll stick with stuff that came out this year.

Norwegian thrash in the vein of Toxic Holocaust, came out a few weeks ago:

very stoked for this one. for sure one of the best bands going at the moment.

 

I am going to post ten songs daily on a spotify playlist + one album not on spotify that I feel needs some luvin'.

Here are the first ten tracks, assuming I have not messed up the spotify link.
Self imposed rules:
1) At least one track per day must be a new release (from 2018).
2) I may only repeat an artist in ten day increments (100 songs) and it must be from a separate album then the one I have already posted. (Ie. If I post something from Iron Maiden's Powerslave I must wait at least 100 other songs before I can post another Iron Maiden song, and if I do post another Iron Maiden song it can not be from Powerslave) If I am to post from the same album I must wait at least 50 days (500 songs).
3) The playlist can only have up to six songs per artist.

Immortal without Abbath just doesn't seem right still, but this isn't bad. Better than I expected, at least.
