I think Lookers is their most Gaslight sounding song. I've always heard a small amount of Gaslight in their sound though.

Bullmoose has a 7" of Lookers/Bad Catholics for 2 bucks. Scooped that up as quick as I could

I was really upset because they did a Fest exclusive 100 pressing and I thought that would be it but here we are haha

Is that the same Bullmoose that's located in Portsmouth, NH?

So it's almost been 5 years since OTIP came out. I can't tell if the record has aged well or it's just timeless, because I feel like it could be released tomorrow and still fucking slay most other things out there right now.

I agree. It was one of the albums that right when I heard it, I knew it was an instant classic. One of maybe 3-4 albums I've ever had that feeling with in this decade.

When you're right, you're right. This songwriting is just the right amount of vague where you can both see the characters in your head, but also project yourself into that story. So relate-able.

I got into this album kind of recently and I have been kicking myself for not getting sooner, but at the same time when I heard it I was in the right space to really appreciate it. I don't know if I would have connected as much with it if I had heard it when I was younger, but at the same time it kind of speaks to such a range of ages. It's just so fucking good haha.

What are the other records you put in that category? Wonder if I've heard them...

Gaslight '59 Sound gave me that instant classic feeling.

Yeah I hear you on that. I had it with The Wonder Years trilogy. As far as timeless scene classic I'd go with Suburbia, but I love all those records for different reasons.
