that's definitely the impression i got from the red pill teaser i had (Yahya in the Morpheus role)

 

I have unreasonable hype for this. The Matrix means more to me than Star Wars or Marvel or whatever.

 

Reloaded came out when I was 13 and I was OBSESSED. No fucking clue what was going on but I saw it 3 times in theaters, watched the DVD almost daily, bought the soundtrack on CD, played Enter The Matrix on PS2 multiple times.

 

isn't this supposed to release on HBO Max? Poster says only in cinemas

The brief clips on the website have me so hyped. LOVE this trilogy and the Wachowskis.

I think all 3 Matrix films rule so naturally this looks great!

speaks to how much of a dweeb i am, but i can't help but think that it premiering at 8:58 (eastern) instead of 9am is intentional

 

It's probably because of the stupid Youtube 2-minute countdown timer for premieres. So that timer will start at 8:58 and the trailer will actually premiere at 9.

Yeah the countdown sucks and so does the music. Just premiere it at the scheduled time, what's the point.

I don’t like being told a premiere is at a certain time and it’s actually not at that time

This is gonna be such a weird, meta movie that half the movie-going public will be baffled by and I'm all for it

 

I never saw it in theaters (also it's been 22 years and I was 11) so I did not know this

 

“Dodge this” will forever be one of my top moments in film history.
