How was this? It weirdly got pushed back to November and then just hasn’t been given a new release date.

 

Saw “Self Reliance” and really not sure what to think.

 

I saw it tonight too. Didn't think it quite stuck the landing, but I had fun throughout.

 

Agreed. It reminded me of “Safety Not Guaranteed,” where I really liked the cast and their journey, but it kind of blows it with the ending.

 

I saw it and thought it was bad/didn't make any sense at all. some funny moments and my man biff wiff though

 

Biff Wiff was definitely the MVP.

I get the vibe that Jake wants it to be a movie that you go back and look for the clues for what’s reality and what might not be. But I don’t know if it’s an interesting enough movie to justify a second watch.

I wish people would stop making podcasts that are hugely appealing and that I will absolutely listen to every episode of... who has time for that

 

Podcast has been pretty interesting so far. They’ve covered “Lettuce”, “Lazy Sunday”, “Young Chuck Norris” up to this point.

All three of them really seem to want to emphasize that they are frappers (fake rappers) and do not think comedy raps hold any legitimacy.

 

I didn't realize how cynical Samberg is about basically his whole career lol, it's kind of interesting to hear

Now that it’s official the “Always Sunny” pod is done, I’m happy Seth is the ringleader of this to make sure they get through it and stay on track.

 

They also seem to have started recording the episodes over a year ago so they should have a good amount in the chamber

This has quickly became my most anticipated podcast of the week

 

The flavor that you gain outweighs the risk

 

This song is so good, I truly hope there's more coming. A new album would be so amazing, they haven't dropped a non-soundtrack album in 11 years

 

They did say on a recent podcast episode that they're working on new music, which I'd assume would be beyond this one short.

 

Yeah that's right, and they also said Seth heard the song like a year ago so they've been potentially working on stuff for a while. It really seems like this could be the start of an album rollout

 

Confirmed on the podcast that they have finished “songs,” some that are not finished, and it doesn’t sound like an album is *quite* on the way.
