    If anyone is curious...
    By the time I got off work yesterday, my co-worker had said "Gotcha" 67 times on the phone.
    Any he was at work for another hour longer than me, so I can only imagine there was a bunch more that went unaccounted for.

    haha if only i had one...

    we do tech support for an online teletherapy company. at our old building, we had our own offices which was amazing. but here, it's an open floor plan so everyone (even managers) are all out in the open.

    Ezpass call center was like that. It sucked. But I love that you do tech support for online teletherapy. I see commercials for it all the time. Not gonna lie, I've used the text a therapist thing before when shit was getting really bleak last year.

    We work with schools who have students that need speech/occupational therapy but don't have the resources there in the school. So at our company we contract licensed therapists around the country to provide services for these kids online via webcam in our own platform.

    This is what I'm currently dealing with at work...

    Them: Hi, I need to check and make sure our equipment is working.
    Me: Ok no problem! Let's have you start up Google Chrome and we will try it out.
    Them: Ok, let me get that started up.

    *Literally 15 minutes later of silence and crazy noises, still waiting for them to tell me they have opened Chrome*
