Huh. I knew the band Rush was done with large scale touring but I didn't know they were retiring altogether. Apparently they officially disbanded last year. The end of an era :( Permanent Waves and Moving Pictures will always be 2 of my favorite classic prog rock albums.

I was fucking close.

It was great. 40° freezing rain started sprinkling during encore. (turnpike divides, counting, jet black)

I havent had that much fun at a show in probably 10 years.

I'm already sore and I get to do it again on Thursday.haha

I’ve either gotten high or drunk for the past 5 days now and I’m not sure if that’s a problem or just being a really social 22 year old

 

In my experience, it became a issue when I’d get drunk alone. On school nights, then pretty much every night, to avoid properly dealing with the problems I was facing. If you’re being social and having fun, that’s great! Just be safe

Didn’t realize you were 10 years younger than me lol.

Here’s what i found growing up, socially drinking in college or right after is absolutely fine but both my cousin and one of my best friends continued to do that for years and now they are unfortunately dealing with alcoholism, my advice would be to do your best to be aware of it and make sure you are giving yourself some breaks in between.

Anyway, I still drink more than I should for health reasons. It’s a great way to blow off some steam with friends or just after a long day of work.

 

y'all need to listen to Lady Lamb. This new song is absolutely incredible
