I'm going to have to post more come October because we have a lot more, but this is just what I have on my phone.

We have these awesome Freddy/Jason shrunken heads, we've since moved them inside (don't want someone to steal them). But they're pretty awesome and gory on the bottom.

This was Halloween last year. I put a reddish/orange spotlight on the house, makes an awesome shadow of the scarecrow. Also a bunch of graves in the garden, skeleton animals (you can see the dog there at the bottom), cobwebs, etc. I also use a smoke machine and fan to blow smoke all night when the Trick or Treater's come along.

Here's the scarecrow during the day time. I made him myself. The head was one of those pumpkins from Michael's that you can carve (it's like foam or something) carved that out to be real creepy. stick hands were found in the woods behind my house, and then the jacket was $6 at Goodwill. Built the frame just out of 2x4's. Kids actually didn't walk to my house because they were terrified of it, so mission successful.

This is my candy bowl, he moves in to 'bite' your hand as you reach for candy.

When we have Halloween parties, my wife makes treats. The sangria has fingers, ears, eyeballs, etc. floating around in it as well.

That's awesome. Your house also looks kinda like the Amityville Horror house.

I would like to go all out, but for one thing I live in an apartment so I don't have much to decorate except the balcony, and the other thing is I'm broke

I'm not sure how to make Imgur pictures bigger. Here's a closer picture of the scarecrow at night.

I wish I could remember man. During Halloween we stop by all those terrible Halloween pop-up shops that go into strip malls and sometimes we score big.

Thanks dude, we both love October/Halloween/horror. We named our kid Ash.

This is the first year I have my own house to decorate. At my dad's we have a skeleton couple that we've morphed over time. My fave was when my dad got married in October and we dressed them in wedding outfits and put them under an arch. Since then he's cut them in half so now they look like they come out of the ground. I need to start looking for good stuff for my own house but I'll probably never take it down lol.

even until then it was among the least tense NFE films i've seen. there were never any stakes, every time the tension was developed i didn't really understand what i was supposed to be scared of or worried about because of how thin the characters and antagonist motivation were.

I will say it's been about 11 years since I've seen it. I did like Aja's Hills Have Eyes remake and Piranha 3D
