I’m sure it doesn’t help, idk if there’s even been a proper release of it. Would love a blu copy.

Can kinda back this up. I saw this conversation the other night and it piqued my interest, but there’s not even a page on JustWatch for it. Usually if a movie is unavailable digitally there will still be a page saying as much, but this movie just didn’t exist on the site.

I actually just looked on Amazon and there’s a blu ray copy for $26. Must be new because I’ve definitely looked before and found nothing.

Did Scream 2, Exorcist 3, and The Lost Boys so far this weekend. *that* scene in Exorcist 3 still got me even though i knew it was coming. That whole sequence is pretty masterful tbh. Also, the grandpa in TLB is such a treasure.

i didn’t expect Babysitter 2 to go in that direction, i realized i had some expectations for it which is always a bad thing to do. but overall it was really fun. should be a fun rewatch too

Watched The Uninvited last night and Creepshow this morning. The Uninvited is such a nothing movie, what a waste of time. I wanted to like Creepshow more than I did, but it mostly fell flat for me.

I only sat through that film to see this specific scene haha. Outside of that...I was bored as hell.

I unfortunately had seen a clip of it some time ago (I wish I had gone in completely blind to it). I actually really enjoyed it (Brad Dourif is a remarkable highlight) but I was also watching it with Joe Bob's commentary on Shudder which is honestly pretty fascinating considering all of the tension between Blatty and virtually everyone else. It really shouldn't even be called Exorcist 3.

A really cool viewing experience for me!

Yes! Worth it. Even the seasons that were not as well received are still solid television in my opinion.

  20. SOLD! haha. I'll check it out ASAP!

What is this scene y’all are referring to in Exorcist III?

There’s a scene in it that is often cited as the most effective use of a jump scare. I personally don’t think it’s the absolute best, but it’s a very well placed and executed moment.

I’m being purposefully vague because it’s good to go in without much context
