Fuuuuck, there goes my next paycheck. Picked up F13 #2 & 3, Exorcist, Creepshow 1 & 2. Really wish IT and Warriors was still available.

Do you know if they routinely come out with new releases? I never heard of company before

I have no idea. I found out about them on Instagram through Rob Zombie about a week ago and subscribed to their email list to see how often stuff gets released or repressed. They have some pretty fuckin cool stuff though. I think they're pretty exclusive to the pressings too.

After Creepshow, In The Tall Grass, and The Ruins, I think I’m good on vegetation horror for awhile — didn’t even mean to do that, haha.

I watched Creepshow for the first time ever today (only saw bits and pieces of it here and there before). It's awesome. Favorite short is either Father's Day or The Crate.

Just finished Trick 'R Treat and figured I'd come back and let everyone know my thoughts. Definitely a unique take on an anthology, but I kind of was hoping it'd be a bit scarier I guess. Also, I think this is the most Halloween-y movie I've ever seen. Even more so than the Halloween franchise. I think I'd give it a 6.71 out of 10.

Anything less than a 10 is offensive to me.

I don't know how I've never seen it, but I watched Behind the Mask tonight and I loved it. I don't think there's a single thing about it that didn't work for me.

  13. Watching Happy Death Day for the first time since theaters — nearly forgot how much fun this movie is. Also kicking myself for not figuring out who the killer was until the reveal on the first viewing, it feels so obvious now in retrospect!

Got some bad news today and have just generally been in a funk. Does anybody have any favorite horror movies for vegging out to?

So I guess it’s not really for this thread, but holy shit Joker was incredible. I’d say it’s horror adjacent along the lines of Silence of the Lambs.

I tend to avoid horror if I’m not in a good or depressed, but I’d suggest a horror comedy... Shaun of the Dead, Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, Gremlins 2, Tremors, Lost Boys, Beetlejuice

Browsing hurt my brain too much so I just gave up on the horror idea and went to Fleabag. Something campy or generally escapist still sounds good for later though. I could always throw on some AYAOTD...

I still hate I missed seeing Ready Or Not in theaters. Hopefully it will be out digitally before the end of the month.

Toy Story of Terror is a short, but it always puts a smile on my face.

If you can, check out some Disney Channel Original Movies! Some are pretty classic family-friendly horror movies.

If you want some messed up stuff, check out the VHS movies or Sinister.

    I also really enjoy:

The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre and TCM 2
    Phantasm movies
Happy Death Day (Super fun universe movies)
Evil Dead franchise (Specifically Army of Darkness)
    Murder Party
    Any Rob Zombie movie
    Hills Have Eyes
    As Above, So Below

OH! Theres also Monster House. That one is fun.

Ahhhh there are just so many lol.

I would have watched that if I wasn’t obligated to do it with someone else every year!
