  1. Everyone should be watching Channel Zero: No End House. It's some of my favorite horror that I've seen this year, tv or movie. The Exorcist series is good too.

I also just watched the first episode of the Exorcist and really enjoyed it. When they finally dropped the music I lost it.

Just in terms of Horror films on Netflix you have a solid choice and the two that stick out for me just at a quick glance are Train to Busan and We Are Still Here.

That film has its problems but my word it is dark, joyless but utterly engrossing plus the fact it sticks to its convictions right to the end is admirable. We also got a great Ramones song out of it so there is that as well.

PS didn't do a good job adapting the story but it was still a really damn good horror movie.

Whenever you want something more like Raw, do The Transfiguration. The Void is dark fun. A Dark Song is... dark. Hush is dark fun. Haven't seen THOB

Hush is the best of the lot by a wide margin besides Transfiguration which I've yet to see. Its well-shot and excruciatingly tense.

So I've started Jennifer's body but I'm not as into it so far as I was hoping. all the ingredients are great but it's not coming together into a delectable stew. Also I don't know if I've actually ever heard Meghan Fox's voice before????

Ok I did really enjoy that awkward sex scene and the whole juxtaposition deal with Kyle gallner so it is turning around for me

Hey, you’re in LA. Do you think you’ll go to horror nights? I went in Orlando and thought I’d ask considering your avatar. They’ve both got Shining houses. I’ve heard they’re kind of different, but the Orlando one was a blast.

Ohhhhh. No, I’ve never been to Universal Studios. I had visited L.A. multiple times in my life but up until a few months ago I lived in the Bay Area. I should go though, that sounds like a lot of fun

I know it can get hectic at times, but with some drinks and a group of friends to play headbands with in any long lines it’s pretty great.

Ended up watching Hush this morning - really, really enjoyed it! Extremely tense, made me care a good deal about the protagonist in a short amount of time (which isn't easy, especially in a horror film under 90 minutes - though speaking of that, it felt MUCH longer in a good way.) Had to sit and decompress for a moment after the credits started rolling just to chill out, very stressful movie.

Probably my favorite horror movie currently on Netflix. I had to do the same thing once it ended haha.
