i'm terrified of how many horror legends we've lost recently i need someone to preserve Carpenter

 

Before I moved to SoCal I worked at this old movie palace built in the 30’s and tonight they are playing The Shining and I am so bummed I am not able to be there

 

My dad lent me his copy of Friday the 13th III in 3D, glasses included, so baaaaasically imma be winning this weekend. It's my fave in the series but I don't think I've ever actually watched it in 3D

 

Watched The Transfiguration tonight and it fucked me up

love that scene haha, it's so helpless and nightmarish. that's probably the worst possible place to stumble into if you're trying to escape your killer.

 

i would agree that it cuts down on your odds of running away

 

Watching the OG Friday the 13th today after school. Excited to see the kids reactions

 

Why wouldn't you wait to watch it tomorrow?

 

Film Club is on Thursdays and no way am I staying at school on a Friday until 4

 

I respect the original Friday but without Jason and the over the top camp of the later films, it's one of the more boring slashers to come out of the 80s

 

Anybody seen this?

Just watched it and it is utterly ridiculous but also incredibly good fun.

 

I've only watched through the series once, but the first one was my favorite

 

I wanna watch something cool with my SO tonight, any new recommendations I may have missed? Wanna check out Transfiguration but think I want to watch something a little more horror oriented first

 

I was introduced to the Friday the 13th franchise first and then the Halloween franchise later. Since then, my respect for the Friday movies has decreased dramatically. Some are still watchable, but give me Halloween, Halloween 2, or Halloween H20 any day.

 

Where is everyone watching Better Watch Out? Is it on Netflix? (Sorry, haven't checked yet)

 

Deep red was cool but i was expecting it to be much weirder and more surreal. Some cool camera work tho and better acting than i expected

 

I rented on amazon.

 

The Final Chapter is the best F13, fight me if you don’t like it.
