Omg I even liked the franchise because I'm trash but this is disgusting and ridiculous that it was even allowed to happen. The franchise is not worth it. Let it go and die.

 

Not sure if this has ever been posted before but I just discovered it and am in love. I’m seriously considering getting a Black Phillip tattoo. My right arm has a Shining and Twin Peaks tattoo and I kinda want to just make it cinematic/horror themed

 

Black Phillip is my favorite thing to come out of the horror genre in years. New icon for sure!

 

Gerald's Game is great.

 

Tales from the Hood is highly underappreciated as a jittery blend of horrorcore/blaxploitation sensibilities mixed with heart; its use of horror as a framework for exploring black lives and issues is precisely why the genre is such an important tool for artistic statements

Watched a movie called Honeymoon (with Ygritte from GOT in it) last night. Was definitely creepy and had some disturbing moments. I enjoyed it.

 

My roommates and I were going fucking insane during the (other) scene

 

I finally saw It. I thought it was fantastic. I did get uncomfortable with the lingering shot of Bev sunbathing tho. I know it was supposed to show the boys gazing at her or whatever but I was like uhhh no thanx. idk if anyone else had issue with that cause I've been avoiding spoilers. I did feel the length (I thought it was over like 3 separate times and it was not lol) but I def think it wouldn't have been an issue if the theater had comfier seats or if I was watching at home. Someone asked me if I thought it was scary which is always annoying because no, movies don't really scare me much anymore, but it was so effectively creepy. It was so frustrating like c'mon Pennywise get a life and leave the lil kids alone u loser

 

Thank you for posting that. I had no idea. Can't believe not only did he barely even serve time but was allowed to continue with a career in Hollywood. Gross.

 

It was hard to watch. You know I was thinking about this earlier, but imagine portraying the father. If I were an actor, is that a role I would turn down?

 

Oh I forgot to add with It I feel like Mike was underused and his addition to the group felt more like an after thought? Idk I know we got his backstory but I wish he would've had more to do I guess.

 

Really hope he gets his due in Chapter 2. He has a great adult story.

 

Is Halloween III: Season of the Witch so bad it's entertaining or just not even worth watching?

I’ve heard that it’s really not as bad as people said, but that audiences just wanted more Michael Myers, but John carpenter wanted the series to be anthology films that take place on Halloween
