Did anybody watch Jackals?

 

I'm not quite sure if this fits exactly in "horror" but has anyone seen the movie "M"? I've had it for awhile and still haven't watched it. Is it something I just have to see or should I just return it?

It Comes At Night is phenomenal, the marketing definitely hurt it. If you go in not expecting a horror film and instead just a good film, I can't imagine being disappointed. It's not as good as Krisha but that's one of the best films of the decade so I'm not mad.

Rewatched Creep tonight after the slander in this thread and I've changed my opinion from "it's good" to "it's a masterpiece". It's hysterical, manages to be terrifying on no budget and Mark gives the performance of his life.

 

Won't spam the thread every time I make a new monster but I'm especially proud of this bitey little fellow so say hello and watch where you put your fingers because his bites are pretty gruesome.

I enjoyed Little Evil, nothing special but it was a fun little horror-comedy (the second half in particular)

"Oh great, and now it's raining blood? Not cool, Lucas! Not cool!"

 

Watched it yesterday. It's definitely not as good as The Strangers or You're Next. Nothing about it was particularly interesting, it had very predictable moments.

 

The Vault is so bad.

 

Is American Horror Story good at all?

 

imo it's pretty trashy, and not in a fun, winking way, just in a cheap, not-very-scary, soapy way.

 

It's campy fun for the Halloween season. Definitely trashy and not serious watching by any means, but I've enjoyed every season for what it is

American Horror Story is fantastic overall but that rating varies by season.

Also I watched Severance again last night for probably the 4th time? I seriously don't know why, it's really not that great but it's got Daisy from Dead Like Me in it at least

 

Just watched Little Evil. Maybe it's because I'm a sucker for Adam Scott, but I thought it was a lot of fun.

 

Gonna watch either the Cabin Fever remake or Little Evil tonight. Thoughts?

 

Or Dead Silence. My wife hasn't seen any of those films.
