I have a folder in photos that’s just cool images and stuff I like that I use for a screensaver on my Apple TV that’s basically always on. This just got added, so thanks! Lol

I feel like the people who supposedly get sick and vomit and nearly die at horror opening nights are like undecided voters they interview after debates. Like how are you a real person???

That being said, my mom did walk out of the blair witch project in theaters. I'm shocked she even went tho honestly

 

Did she walk out because she was scared or hated it?

 

Ughhhhhhh every single October I have a severe urge to re-read Salem’s Lot. One of my absolute favorites. Excited to watch the movie this weekend!

 

One of the first few dates my wife and I had I took her to watch the Green Inferno. Whoops hahaha

Think I’m gonna go see Wait Until Dark at the Coolidge Corner Theater tonight— haven’t seen it in a few years, but it would be so awesome if the theater went full gimmick with the final eight minutes. They’re already planning on doing a bunch of the William Castle gimmicks later this month.

 

damn I missed the King talk in here but yeah Salem's Lot is absolutely goated. writing that as your second book is just insane to me, what a flex

less horror I suppose but The Dark Tower is phenomenal too, need Flanagan to adapt it more than I need air

Just finished the new Salem’s Lot. It was good, but felt super rushed and would’ve been better as a 4-5 episode series

 

I’m about midway through Salem’s Lot now. Great book

Yep, rewatching it now and it still rocks. It’s got the hallmarks of a movie I should hate but for whatever reason it really works for me.

 

I kept seeing clips of death scenes from The Sand on tiktok, figured I'd check out the actual movie. i didn't expect it to be any good, and, well, it isn't. haha. some bad dialogue, some bad acting, some bad special effects. interesting and entertaining enough that i watched the whole thing tho. so if you're in the mood for a bad movie to watch, i guess look into it? if you just wanna see some gnarly deaths, you might be able to find an uncensored compilation on YouTube

 

Because she was scared so therefore she also hated it lol

 

my mum showed us Blair Witch Project when we were like 10. probably single handedly kickstarted my horror addiction lol, and I was back there a few weeks ago and we watched it again and it still rules! evergreen horror movie

 

Started Salem's Lot. So far this is very on point with King's signature tone. This very much feels like a Stephen King joint.

 

Plan to watch it after the game.

 

I only just realised it's directed by one of the writers of IT Chapter One (complimentary) and the sole writer of Chapter Two (derogatory). truly have no idea what to expect now lol
