I went to high school with the woman who plays “Anna” in the remake…so it’s a little more talked about around my parts.

Speaking of horror in Columbus, anyone else going to the Sleepaway Camp screening this month to meet "Mangled Dick Expert" Felissa Rose?

I am so glad you mentioned this. Shared it with my best friend that lives in Columbus. We were just discussing the With Gourley & Rust eps on SC and he is a fan of the pod now.

Started watching Supernatural for the first time. I've never seen a show bounce so frequently between, "wow this is super cool and effective," to, "wow this is an after school special." Either way it's entertaining, so I'll see it through.

I watched this werewolf movie called Bad Moon last night. It was mostly pretty bad but the concept of a dog protecting his family from a werewolf was pretty cool. Like the human actors were terrible but that dog was a true star.

I never saw it, but always loved the artwork for it.

Bad Moon was definitely a "walk past the scary box at the movie rental place" for me.

  20. I did American Werewolf in London last night for With Gourley and Rust, and aside from loathing John Landis for multiple reasons, it's still really, really great. The dialogue, the performances, and the make-up are all so great. Equally as funny as it is scary.

American Werewolf in London, Silver Bullet and Dog Soldiers are top tier werewolf flicks

  23. Weird sidenote about Dog Soldiers, for some reason I always remember the American Werewolf scene with the monsters in soldier uniforms being in that film instead

Anyone watch or hear anything about Caveat? Looks interesting and i've seen a few people say it's spooked them to the level of Hereditary but don't know how credible these reviews are.
