always really liked Absentia

 

It wasn’t a bad low budget film but could have been better

 

Watched The Well since its available on Apple TV. It was good up until the last 30 minutes. The acting was also pretty atrocious. But the gore was up to 11. Leave it to the Italians.

 

I was interested, but now i dont know haha

 

House of 1000 Corpses is such a wild and stylish debut. I really do love it. Not to start this argument again, but I wish I liked any Zombie movie as much as this one. I do enjoy the other Firefly movies and have a soft spot for his first Halloween, but the drop-off after that is a wild one imo.

 

Should I watch Stopmotion or When Evil Lurks tonight?

Watched The Eyes of My Mother, creepy the whole time.

 

Oh nice. Been curious about that.

 

I would prioritize When Evil Lurks, but if you don't want to feel bad, watch Stopmotion.

Or both!

 

I've had Stopmotion on bluray for weeks and have yet to rewatch it. Same with I Saw the TV Glow but for completely different reasons. Not really in the right headspace for either of them right now. Took it easy yesterday with Afraid, bc after everything I've heard about Blink Twice I think that one's gonna really stress me out if I ever do decide to go watch it.

 

WEL was one of my top horror movies last year. So damn good.

Set to rewatch I Saw the TV Glow and Longlegs with friends who haven't seen them on Friday night. Curious to see if/how my opinion changes on Longlegs.
