Did Christine for the inanimate object category. Pretty good, just didn't really care for any of the characters haha. Carpenter's score ruled of course. 3/5

Just watched A Haunting in Venice and apparently it takes place on Halloween so that's another Gore Us down. It's a nice mixture of horror and whodunit, but a bit overdramatic in its cinematography and editing at times. Wish Michelle Yeoh was in it a bit more

Agreed fully. Loved the setting and atmosphere but ultimately was just largely fine to me. Echoed on Michelle Yeoh also.

 

Watching 976 Evil for the first time before it leaves Tubi. They truly do not make movies like this anymore! It’s such a perfect amount of 80s sleaze and cheese. Stephen Geoffreys is great and needs more love.

There’s so much love in this movie with Easter eggs all over the place. Not a perfect movie, but so much fun.
