Loved The Ritual, The Nighthouse not so much, but I have a good feeling about this based on the casting of Pinhead and the quality of Prey as a Hulu original. Looking forward to this!

 

Haven’t watched the trailer yet, but The Ritual and The Night House both rule so I’m optimistic

Got through all of Chucky se1 last night. Overall, it's pretty damn fun. I loved the death scene where Chucky pushes the supply cart into Jake's mom, sending her through the skyscraper window in slow motion, all to SHAED's, "Trampoline."

Did NOT know the same person who did The Ritual was also behind The Night House and I loved both. Very excited for Hellraiser now.

 

I picked up the book earlier this year but stopped half way through. I’ll watch it just to find out what happens in the second half.

 

So excited for that

 

Hendrix to horror writing is like Blink is to punk music. It's fun, it's catchy and cheesy, it's light and it gets you exposed to others in the genres who do it better.

The book does pick up in the second half, but it really is a story about friendship that has some horror elements tacked onto it.
