  1. It's based on the full franchise, though. Jaws creating the summer blockbuster doesn't exactly knock Hellraiser being a horror classic

Ah ok I can live with that then. Jaws is the only good film in the franchise lol and I had constant rewatches of 3(D) as a child.

I still think Jaws 2 is fine!!! That sequel was doomed from the start though considering the impact Jaws had. I am a fan though. The first film scared me more than most other horror films tbh. It's how I'm wired I guess, and also lends itself to the fact that I am also absolutely terrified of open water but I was one of those kids that saw Jaws and then got scared swimming in my grandmother's above ground pool when I convinced myself a shark had somehow gotten in and was behind me.

  13. Man, I really wish my local shop still did $31 flash sheets on F13s (or on Halloween, for that matter). I'd really like a Jason tattoo.

TCM v F13 was tough, but Leatherface has always scared the shit out of me. Maybe the one and only slasher that I sometimes think about when I am walking alone and my brain wanders.

Damn TCM vs. F13 is rough

  23. I just think F13 is shockingly consistent (at least until you get to Jason Goes to Hell, which is still...interesting lol). Definitely more so than TCM as a franchise.

  25. Clues for TLDI tonight are two movies with "sexy witches" that are exactly 30 years apart in release. Honestly no idea what it could be. One of them could be The Craft, Witchboard, or Inferno
