My excitement grows more and more with each passing day mates

 

Dude’s fantastic, can’t wait for that one

 

People laughed when the title came up in the Men trailer at the theater. I loved Annihilation; I still need to see Ex Machina.

Nope has a similarly silly one syllable title but that trailer did not get the same reaction, maybe Jordan Peele just has more name recognition

 

Ex-Machina was my standout of 2015. It’s soooo good.

 

Annihilation is one of my favorite movies ever and it veered enough into horror to make me over the moon that Garland is openly calling this folk horror.

 

Both movies are excellent, halfway through Devs and loving that too

 

I’m watching 1408 for the first time and I’m genuinely fucking unnerved. Admittedly, I’m not the biggest Cusack fan, but he’s playing the part well.

 

That was one of my favorite horror movies from before I knew I liked horror movies. There's an alternate ending but I can't remember which is which

 

Watched Homunculus on Netflix. I was pretty excited since it was from the director of Ju-On and manga writer of Ichi the Killer. Boy, was it neither of those things. Fairly certain I hated it but may have just been bored and confused. There is a r*pe scene that is just perplexing. The ending left me with a "why should I give a shit?" feel. Would not recommend anyone watch it.

 

Loved this one as a teenager and probably haven't seen it in at least five years but I remember thinking it held up shockingly well

 

Waiting on something at work that I need to move forward so I had some time. Sent it on the Horror Franchise Bracket. Removed a few that didn't really fit the bill, but there's still enough players that some won't show up until Round 2 lol. Voting is open until 10 p.m. EST every night. Have at it!
