Seeing Dead Heat tonight

 

I’m at the adjacent tour tonight (Citizen, Drug Church, Glitterer).

Glitterer’s a 4 piece now and comes off much better than before

 

Damn but I loved Ned doing Glitterer karaoke

 

Ben did drums (also drummed for Citizen) so it was the closest thing to a Title Fight show in 2021

 

My show's been sold out for weeks but they released some more tix yesterday and I was able to snag one. Stoked to see DC again on Wednesday.

Film Adaptation of Dune Produces 115 More Hardcore Band Names

 

Is it sad I knew these guys were from Ohio even before checking them out on Bandcamp. That area has a very distinct sound.

 

Total Integrity worship

 

I really like everything about this except the vocals. The distortion on her vocals make her sound like a cross between Dani Filth and Mike Ski of Brothers Keeper.

 

From last year. The Long Island scene has been doing some pretty neat stuff recently between Stand Still, Koyo, this, and others.

 

They have always had a unique scene. Not ever sticking to traditional hardcore stereotypes: from VOD to The Movielife. Always look forward to music from that area.
