I'm not surprised, but it's ridiculous that white people think being in a bus crash excuses racism and Ableism. The guy from CA having allegations against him doesn't excuse the Ableism either.

 

People can simultaneously have been in a life-threatening bus crash and deserve sympathy for that while being rightly called out for ableism/racism/homophobia. These two things don't cancel each other out and the fact I've seen people handwave this because of the accident is deplorable.

 

I think these sort of people would just find anything to excuse it. Like if there wasn't the accident they'd find something else.

It absolutely sucks that this dude was dropping the Hard F and should be apologizing for it (looks like he has?), but this whole thing bothers me because that other tweeter Sage is clearly acting in bad faith.

Like, they clearly don't give a shit about actual accountability, they're just being a pissbaby because a band they like got called out.

 

Yeah like they somehow think him saying the F word cancels out him calling out the TGI guy for saying the N word
