Man, I wish this was the worst movie I’d ever seen. This is mid to decent in the grand scheme of things.

Not even that close to the worst movie this year assuming you saw the new Indy

Both were fine, both had some big issues, but I still walked away more positive than negative.

  7. In a perfect timeline we'd be getting a Leslie Grace/Sasha Calle team-up movie.

Oof, that one was so rough. It’s worse because it’s a franchise I actually like and it’s a film I wanted to love. To see it end with such a flatline…

Flash is whatever. The film isn’t good, but the expectation wasn’t there. Keaton returning was half of the interest for me.

Indy deserved better, so I’d say rank below Flash.

Can't be the one I saw last month, cause that was fun and enjoyable. I wonder what movie you saw.

It’s not a terrible movie, but I didn’t think it was a good Indy film. If it wasn’t a Indy movie I would have enjoyed it more. I was just disappointed instead. Better than the fourth but that’s not a high bar.

Release My Mind, My Garden Grows

Watched this yesterday. Ugliest thing I've seen in a long while. CGI was nightmarish. An uncanny valley hell. Pacing was a complete afterthought. None of the characters feel like actual human beings. I never felt I was given much reason to care about anyone involved either especially with how unlikeable either version of Ezra Miller's Barry is. I don't have much else to say but glad this era of DC movies is ending.

This is absolutely the worst movie i've seen this year. (I have been to theater 40 times so far in 2023, and i'm including streaming stuff I watched).

Honestly, right now it's between this and Thor: Love & Thunder as my current answer for the worst superhero movie i have ever seen lol

  18. I've seen many, many worse movies than this this year. Hell, half the Marvel movies at this point are worse than this and Love & Thunder. I had to turn off that last Ant Man movie.

I'm glad i skipped Ant-Man and Indy 5 at this point, but idk the flash was an abomination. Should have never been released.

Love & Thunder is the worst thing the MCU has done with a bullet. I can just imagine how bad Ant-Man is, but Th4r is coming from an oscar winning filmmaker that should know better. The whole movie has this attitude of who gives a shit about any of this - the blocking, the cinematography, the VFX, the script, etc. Taika's cooked.

  20. Yeah, not even close to the worst thing Marvel's done in my book.

I would watch love and thunder over probably half the mcu movies if not more.

I'll stay away from any specific mcu comparisons but I reckon this is worse than my least favorite mcu movie. In terms of DCEU I'd probably put this above WW84 overall but barely. I really hated my experience watching this movie. Such a shitshow in so many ways.
