I am currently drinking this, except with bourbon (WT 101) instead of rye, and agave syrup instead of simple syrup.

As for recent favorites, I've been really enjoying margaritas with fresh-squeezed lime juice and a splash of orange liqueur. It's a classic that never disappoints! Cheers!

I have been on a daiquiri kick these past two weeks. I made rich simple syrup and bought Probitas rums, and I’ve been experimenting with muddling different fruit in the shaker. Using frozen raspberries has been amazing, but so far the absolute best daiquiri I’ve made is when I decided to go blended using this recipe with Probitas rum and Tempus Fugit banana liqueur (this stuff is really awesome - very natural tasting so it gets lost in some cocktails, but it’s great stuff).

Just finished drinking one of these, too, which was also incredible and going to be one of my new go-tos: Hemingway Special Daiquiri (Papa Doble) Cocktail Recipe

Maybe this will be the summer I get into making rum drinks at home

Sounds like a fun summer project! I've been experimenting with mixing drinks at home too, and rum cocktails have been on my radar lately. There's just something about the tropical vibes they bring that screams summer. And hey, if you ever feel like taking a break from the alcohol, https://goodmocktail.com/ is a fantastic resource for some delicious non-alcoholic options to keep things interesting!

I made a Painkiller last night which is basically a pina colada with the addition of orange juice and nutmeg. You’re supposed to use Navy rum which I didn’t have on hand so I settled for Appleton Signature, which wasn’t very noticeable through the bright tropical flavors, but it was still delicious and it’s all I’m going to drink from now on. Goodbye, water.

New canned margaritas they have at Trader Joe’s are actually very good!

That sounds like a delicious twist on a classic! Recently, I’ve been enjoying cocktails with a bit of a tropical flair, mango mojitos and pineapple margaritas have been hitting the spot. This is my forever favorite recipe: Banana Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe – MK Library. Give it a try!

Been heavily into Old Fashions recently. Just bought some ice molds and Demerara Sugar to make simple syrup.
