The Boy And The Heron (Hayao Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli, Dec. 8, 2023) Movie

In all likelihood this will be Miyazaki's last film. Cannot wait to see what he has in store.

 

Yoooooo I assumed The Wind Rises was his last. Very excited.

 

Dude's about to hit 82 yrs old, so I imagine this one really WILL be his last one? Regardless, more Miyazaki sounds like a good time to me.

 

Watched The Wind Rises the other night and my god what a devastatingly beautiful film.

I'd love to see it that way but I feel like by the time it makes its way over here some footage is bound to get out.

It doesn’t really show much from a plot angle but it did give me chills just from the visuals several times.

 

Gonna try not to watch that, but so so excited
