Finished the season, ridiculously good

 

Also just finished 2 and was very happy how it improved upon the first season. My favorite part was when the Fak bros in ep6 taking the uncle slap as a “business” slap lol.

 

That potato chip boursin omelette is really taking off huh

I just found out the guy that plays Fak has a YouTube food channel. Gonna make his carnitas recipe this weekend.

 

I heard he’s actually from Canada

 

I listened to a podcast with Andy Williams awhile ago, and he said he's known Matty since he was a college student before he ever became a chef. He used to let ETID sleep at his place whenever they came to Toronto. I thought that was so cool.

 

Andy shows up on an episode of Mattys Viceland show Dead Set On Life. Matty also used to roadie for Alexisonfire in

 

Matty Matheson has been on Youtube with various shows for 10+ years now, most of them great and hilarious.

 

I can't imagine not knowing Matty, he absolutely rules.

 

i “knew” who he was but i have watched zero things he’s done before this. feel like youtube was trying to force him on me for years though. having watched some of his stuff after seeing this, i definitely prefer him as an actor to his personal brand lol

 

Dead Set On Life is so good if it's streaming anywhere

 

Matty's show "Just A Dash" is my favorite of his, amazing stuff. Also a big fan of his show with Benny Blanco. His style isn't for everyone though

This happens a lot. One of my favorite cheap diner "cake in a rotating glass case" type restaurants that I grew up going to got replaced by an expensive mimosas and crepes brunch spot.

 

I used to think there’s no way people are so chaotic as they are in this show but then I watched Matty and Cocos show and yeah it’s like that
