I feel like I remember mine wearing more like long sleeve shirts and ties but also I could be forgetting because I'm old

 

Oh yeah I wear shorts to school most days too. I’m the only guy teacher that does on my campus, but it’s just what I do. If I ever know I’ll have a parent conference or something I’ll wear pants.

I mean probably but for different reasons

 

Maybe they were different back then, but I think they’re borderline beachwear. You could wear one out, but unless you’re at a bbq or the beach/pool... some outdoor event... I think you’d feel very out of place to wear one to any sort of formal event.
