    Kind of don’t understand anyone that calls it “cheesy” in such a negative connotation. Of course it is. Dude wrote a song for his band mates who are his best friends and who he’s been through everything with for practically his entire life. It’s a little unfair to open up and be honest and transparent like that and just get mocked for it. Just because it doesn’t vibe with you doesn’t make it a bad song. It clearly means a lot to them as a band. Matty said himself that he wanted to write the song because there just aren’t many songs out there about “friendship” - which he finds unfortunate because it’s one of the strongest relationship we can have in life. But whatever.
