every single artist i have ever listened to is notoriously awful at accurately describing their own music. we wont know a damn thing about how it sounds until we hear it for ourselves.

 

After years of listening to Max Bemis try and say how his new albums will sound, I've learned never to trust artists when they try to do so.

Definitely, every album was IARB plus something. Never trusted a person since lol

 

So is it not going to be so much "HTD/P" and "I Like America" like we originally thought and more emo? ...or what?

I'm confused now... at least the ramp up is starting!

 

You know there is a good chance that this is the album they release on June 1st. They've probably had a lot of the album done for a bit and have been throwing fans off track. That's what I'm hoping anyway. It would be cool to see.

 

For a while he was saying this was more emo, more Drive Like I Do - 28 kinda vibes (which they played at that festival) and that it’ll be sonically akin to the EPs...hoping that’s what we get, because that’d just murder my soul in the best way.

 

VERY MUCH want that sound, expecting to be let down though

 

This is one of those bands/artists that know what I want before I know what I want. They have my complete trust at this point
