This Must Be My Dream doesn’t get enough love from the band either.

 

Be My Mistake is one of their worst songs and so far below everything else on that record it's not even funny

 

I've got complicated feelings on this band but I think Give Yourself a Try is one of the most important songs I've ever heard.

 

It's undoubtedly their best song imo. everything about it....the joy division pastiche, earnest lyrics, rock-focused, and just a siren song for a generation

 

It's just so fucking empowering, the bookends on ABIIOR are up there as their best songs for me.

 

I really like that song lyrically

What Should I Say, brings the energy and has always stood out imo. It's a banger.

I'm really curious why he feels that way about that song specifically. Maybe it's something to do with the circumstances surrounding making it....? Seems like a random thing to say without giving any context.
