First time I saw them was May 2013 at Zanzibar in Liverpool, maybe 150-200 people from memory.

I was on Holiday from Australia so was very lucky everything aligned for me to see them, I think only 2 of the EPs were out at that point. It's one of my favourite ever memories going to that show alone in a country on the other side of the world and getting to witness a band before they completely blew up. Even got to chat to Matty afterwards for a bit and he kept asking if I thought they played okay haha.

Have seen them 3 times since in Australia.

Did not mean to end up listening to the entire debut tonight but here I am on "Robbers" basically

 

I'll forever get goosebumps from that song. I've seen them twice live and both times I teared up.

 

Looking forward to a tour announcement, haven’t seen these guys nearly enough times.
First time I saw them was when they were Big Sleep supporting Little Comets in a pretty small venue. Second time was their first tour as The 1975 then the last time I saw them was about 2 years ago I think at the NIA in Birmingham!

 

Best damn venue in Chicago. I was at that show too, that was right as they were starting to take off.

Unrelated, I saw Fall Out Boy there too after their hiatus. That was a crazy show.

Only saw em once, Shadow of the City in Asbury Park, but yeah it was fantastic. They went on right after sunset while the breeze from the ocean was coming in. Great night but it felt like a small crowd, I was expecting a much bigger audience.

 

I've seen them twice - once per album cycle. The first setlist had lots of EP tracks, which was so cool, but the SHOW for ILIWYS was untouchable.

This is fun! I definitely was late to the game and could never get tickets in NYC for the self-titled run. But I've got:

— The Meadows Music Festival 10/2/16
— MSG 6/1/17

I took my dad to the Barclays show and he was blown away at how they sold out an arena without much radio play. I don't think he ever heard Chocolate on the radio and hadn't heard of the band before. I knew he'd appreciate the live horns, stage production and Matty's presence. My dad's the reason I love music and to share that moment of seeing the band for the first time with him was really something. Music is the best, man.
